
John joined Sheppards from Grammar School and qualified as a solicitor in 1974. He became a Partner in 1976. John specialises in Elderly Client Law, Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and residential conveyancing. John is a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society.

Stuart joined Sheppards in 1973 and qualified as a solicitor in the same year. He became a Partner in 1981. Stuart specialises in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Probate, Wills and Trusts with an interest in Company Law. Stuart is a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society.

Steve qualified as a solicitor in 1983. He joined Sheppards in 1985 and became a Partner in November 2001. Steve specialises in all property matters – residential and commercial including leaseholds, transfers of equity and remortgages, business sales and purchases.

Anna qualified as a solicitor in August 1997. She joined Sheppards in March 1998 and became a Partner in November 2001. Anna specialises in family law and deals with divorce, civil partnerships, separating unmarried couples, the financial issues that arise from the breakdown of a relationship, disputes involving children and domestic violence. Anna was appointed to the Law Society Family Law Panel in November 2000 and she is a member of Resolution, First for Family Law, which subscribes to a non-confrontational approach to family law matters. Anna is a trained Collaboration Family Lawyer.

Louise joined Sheppards in October 2000 and qualified as a solicitor in December 2002. Louise specialises in Employment Law and Litigation matters including contractual disputes, housing, debt and probate such as claims contesting the validity of a will or a family dispute over the terms of a will. Louise also represents parents in cases involving Social Services and disputes over children.

Simon joined Sheppards and qualified as a solicitor in October 2003. Prior to this Simon worked as a paralegal in a number of Bristol City Firms for six years. Simon specialises in Wills, Probate and Domestic Conveyancing. He also deals with Enduring Powers of Attorney and Receivership work through the Court of Protection.

Donna graduated from University in 2001 with a degree in English and History. Donna joined Sheppards in 2002 and commenced her training as a Legal Executive in 2003. She qualified as a Legal Executive in 2007. Donna specialises in Family Law and deals with divorce, civil partnerships, separating unmarried couples, the financial issues that arise from the breakdown of a relationship, disputes involving children and domestic violence.

Jayne has worked as a Conveyancing Executive for ten years. She joined Sheppards in May 2006. Jayne specialises in domestic conveyancing.
